That year, the first company was created that launched this project, full of dreams, desire and a great dose of entrepreneurial spirit.
In 1994, with an increasingly clear vision of the business, this business was presented as a "Company Idea" within the Program launched by IGAPE (Instituto Gallego de Promoción Económica), belonging to the Xunta of Galicia, and was selected as one of the projects deserving institutional support, which was translated at that time into Training and Counseling scholarships for the Business Plan Design.
In 1998 after several years of designing, organizing, coordinating and executing all types of events, parties, shows, promotions and activities of entertainment, leisure and free time... through its own team of hosts and programmers; the company plans to open 3 offices owned in the Comunidad Gallega, distinguished by its originality, seriousness, quality and professionalism; obtaining the recognition and the fidelity of its customers and creating a "school" in the sector.
In the year 2002, with a staff that was hopeful and enjoyed all the accumulated life experiences that could be translated into differentiating "know how" it was decided to launch the project of creating a franchise company, positioning the brand as a reference for professionalization, quality and seriousness in the sector; under the franchise formula.
This was an easily-recognized brand that would be the "umbrella" for all the businesses of the group, giving them all the advantages that a professional association can offer, but following the system and corporate nature of the franchise system, without ceasing to be independent businesses. This is the formula that we consider can assist many entrepreneurs, as we in the beginning, needed the support of someone who knows the sector perfectly and is able to assist them in decision-making in different fields (marketing, management, administrative, directive, technical, and market abilities...) that they will need to master.
In the year 2004, the consultant Consult.M-Economia, under the auspices of the IGAPE (Instituto Gallego de Promoción Económica) performed a Business Diagnosis of the company to evaluate its capacity to carry out the expansion project designed. In the year 2006, and once again celebrating our enterprising spirit, we decided to invest in the quality and the expansion of the business. For this, all the administration is performed with the penetration of a Quality Management system ISO 9001:2000, and we requested the prestigious consultant Deloitte to study the feasibility of National and International Expansion of the group.
In the year 2007, the human resources team of the Central Office was reinforced and all necessary steps were carried out to reach the designated objectives.
